摘要
摆动活齿减速器的转轴系统是一个复杂的多转子系统,转子之间相互耦合,其动力学特性比较复杂。针对摆动活齿减速器的结构特点,采用传递矩阵-阻抗耦合法对摆动活齿减速器的输入轴-输出轴系统的弯曲振动进行了分析计算,建立了输入轴-输出轴系统的弯曲振动临界转速的计算模型。提出了转轴系统的振动模糊可靠度计算方法和计算公式。给出了应用实例,结果表明用本文方法得到的结果更接近工程上的实际情况。
The shaft system of swing movable teeth reducer is a complicated multirotor system which has couple, so its dynamic characteristic is complicated. According to the construction peculiarities of the reducer, a method of transfer matriximpedance coupling is used in the research of the dynamic characteristic in bending vibration of shaft system of the reducer in this paper. The calculating model of critical rotational speed of bending vibration of shaft system of the reducer is built. The method and the formula of calculating vibration fuzzy reliability of the shaft system are presented.The result of the example obtained by the method of this paper is more close to the reality of engineering.
