摘要
结合高等医学院校的实际 ,从不同角度 ,分析了实验技术人员参加继续教育的重要性 ,并阐述了实验技术人员继续教育的方法。
With the practice of medical universities, this article analyzed the urgent of continuing education of experiment technician from different ways and discussed ways to continue education.
