摘要 介绍了测量不确定度原理及在理化检验中的应用。就不确定度的定义、分类、评定步骤和方法、报告与表示、有效位数等问题进行了讨论。并对金属材料拉伸试验结果测量不确定度作了详细评定 。 The principle of measurement uncertainty and its applications in physical testing and chemical analysis was introduced in this lecture. The definitions, classification, steps and method of evaluation, report and expression, significant places of number etc. for measurement uncertainty were also discussed in the lecture. Moreover, the measurement uncertainty of tensile testing results of metallic materials were evaluated in detail, which was provided as a typical illustration in the scope of physical testing and chemical analysis.
