精子发生相关基因的分子遗传学研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 特发性无精、严重少精症的分子遗传学研究越来越广泛深入。近年来,控制精子发生的相关基因,主要包括位于Y染色体AZFa区的USP9Y和DBY、AZFb区的RBM基因、AZFc区的DAZ基因,和位于常染色体的DAZLA基因等在分子遗传学研究方面均取得了可喜的进展。对这方面的研究进展及其展望进行了综述。 More and more progress in molecular genetics were, made in the study of azoospermia and severe oligo-zoospermia. Recently, in the research of spermatogenesis-related genes, including USP9Y and DBY gene of AZFa, RBM gene of AZFb and DAZ gene of AZFc in Y chromosome, and DAZLA gene in autosome, great progress were made. In this paper these progress and its significance were reviewed.
