摘要
目的 :总结应用肠道吻合器作低位直肠癌保肛手术的疗效。方法 :回顾我院 8年期间所作的吻合器保肛手术 6 2例的资料 ,包括病理分型 ,肿瘤距肛门位置 ,病程分期及年龄性别及手术方式等。结果 :全组病人均达到手术根治目的 ,应用吻合器吻合一次成功 ,术后无任何并发症。随访率达 80 % ,随访术后两年以上者生存率 76 .4 % ,五年生存率为 5 6 %。随访期为 2个月至 8年不等。结论 :应用吻合器治疗下段直肠癌 ,有效地解决了术中手法吻合常遇到的直视困难致视野不清 ,暴露困难之弊端。为保肛手术提供了便利快捷 ,吻合可靠的有利条件 。
Objective:To analyse the effect of anus reserved surgery on low set rectal cancer using anastomat. Methods:Dala or 62 patients underwent anus reserved surgery,including pathological type,siluation of tumor,stages,ages,ages,sexuality,and surgery pattern,were analysed.Results: Radical excisions and one time anastomoses were made in all patients without any postoperative complication,Follow ups in 80% or all the patients showed 2 year survival rate of 76.4% and 5 year survival rate of 56%.The time intervals of follow ups ranged from 2 months to 8 years.Conclusion: Using anastomat rather than manual anaslomosis in anus reserved surgery on low set rectal cancer shows the advantages of clear visual field,easy exposure,convenience,reliable anastomoses,and fewer complications.
