摘要
我所于1978年购买国产第一台80万倍DXB2-12透射电子显微镜,使用14年至今运转状态良好,本文介绍该电镜的维修经验。对包括真空系统,高压系统,机械系统,控制系统以及成像系统在使用中常见故障,进行了重点分析并介绍了排除故障的方法。
The DXB2-12 electron microscope (EM) purchased by our laboratory is the first one of 800 thousand magnification transmission EM made in China. It was installed in 1978 and has been used in good doudition for fourteen years. This paper discussed the main troubles in its vaccum, high voltage, mechanical, controlling and imaging system, and introduced some methods and experiences in repairing of DXB2-12 EM.
