摘要
本文通过SEM、TEM试验的方法,对青海藏羊毛、半细羊毛纤维表面鳞片、鳞片层、正副皮质区域进行了测试,并对鳞片细胞和皮质之间的细胞膜复合物进行了初步探讨。
The 'Chinghai-tibet wool and Chinghai Half-fine wool' fibre scale Shape and region on Orthocortex and Par-cortex of scale layer (epicuticle, exocuticle, endocuticle) were tested by means of the TEM and SEM. The Patternof 'cell-membrane complex'which exist between the cortex and scale layer were also discussed.
