摘要
在骨的发生过程中,出现骨细胞,成骨细胞和破骨细胞等,由于上述细胞的不断转换,致使成骨和破骨得以完成,从而促进了骨组织的发生、发展和改建。以往虽对这一过程有不少研究,但其超微形态方面的内容则鲜见报导。本文拟利用扫描电镜对家兔骨发生中各种细胞超微结构进行观察,以便为骨的发生和生长提供一些新资料。
During the osteogenetic process, there were a good few types of cells, such as osteocyte, osteoblast and osteo-clast, et al. Due to the presence of these cells, the osteogenetic process was completed, so that it improves ossifica-tion, progress and internal reorganization of osseous tissue.Although there were many studies and papers in the past, it was few about cell ultrastructure of the ossifica-tion. So in this paper, we observed osteogenetic process of the long bone by scanning electron microscope freeze fraction and transmission electron microscope methods. By SEM, it was shown that the osteoblasts were over lap-ping to line up and along bone trabecula. The shape of cells was not rule. The microvillus were distinct. There were so many microcristas in face of osteoclast and it is more in the face towards bone trabecula. The steocytes were buried deeply in bone trabecula and stretched a lot of straight processes. These processes pass though the bone eanaliculuses.
