摘要
在团头鲂幼鱼饲料中添加两种不同类型Vc:维生素C多聚磷酸酯和动力C进行养殖试验。结果表明 ,团头鲂的生长速度随着Vc的添加量增加而上升 ;饲料系数随着Vc的添加量增加而降低 ;团头鲂幼鱼饲料中LAPP添加量应在 40 0mg/kg以上 ;动力C最佳添加量宜在 30 0mg/kg。添加LAPP组的团头鲂在增重率及饲料系数方面效果最佳。
The experiment is done by adding two kinds of Vitamin C: L Ascorbate 2 Polyphosphate (LAPP, Vitamin C 25% ) and Power C(stable and slowly releasing Vitamin C) to the feeds of Megalobrama amblycephala, with each containing 100, 200, 300, 400 mg/kg. In addition, another type of 50mg/kg Power C is used, in the meanwhile, with 0mg/kg Vc in control group. The results indicate that the growth rate of Megalobrama amblycephala increases with the supplement of Vc. The coefficient of feeds decreases with the supplement of Vc. The supplement of LAPP in the feeds of infant Megalobrama amblycephala should be over 400mg/kg and that of Power C should be 300mg/kg to the best. The Megalobrama amblycephala from LAPP group gets the best results in both growth rate of weight and the coefficient of feeds.
