摘要
真空断路器机械特性的在线测量能够准确地提供其工作时机械结构方面的信息 ,利用光栅传感器结合单片机数据采集及处理系统进行非接触在线测量具有速度快、精度高、成本低、信号易于处理等一系列优点 ,很适合在线测量 ,具有良好的实用价值和应用前景。
On-line mechanical characteristic measurement of Voltage Vacuum Breaker (VCB) is able to provide information about mechanical compositions accurately when VCB is working. This device consists of an optical grating sensor system, the signal processing circuit, and a data capture and processing system that is based on a single-chip microcomputer. The optical grating sensor and single-chip microcomputer measurement system has the advantages of high accuracy, quick speed, cheap price, and easiness for processing the signal. This technology is fit for measurement on-line. It is has a widetised future.
