摘要
将M-I-SL模型推广为M-I-FSL模型,使其更符合实际。应用电磁理论推导出由第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类半导体超晶格构成的这种M-I-FSL结构的表面电子集体激发的色散关系。由此色散关系出发在一些极限条件下可以方便地重现一些文献的一系列结果。
The M-I-SL model is modified as the M-I-FSL (metal-insulator-finite superlattice ) model with regard to the practical structures. The dispersion relations for the collective charge-density excitations in the surface of a M-I-FSL (type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ) structure are derived analytically.By using this relation, we can conveniently reproduce many results that shown in some references.
