摘要
本实验在相同光照条件下,用褪黑素(MLT)完全抗原3次主动免疫15只鹌鹑,并与5只鹌鹑(对照组)作对照,用放射免疫测定法(RIA)分批检测其血清中的雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)的含量。结果表明,3次主动免疫后通过中和鹌鹑体内的MLT,与对照组相比,每次免疫都可显著提高E2水平,对P的影响虽不显著,但也有所提高,从而提高MLT主动免疫可增强鹌鹑生殖内分泌功能。
Fifteen quails have been actively immunized by Melatonin complete antigen for three times at the same light and were comparative with the control group(five quails).The level of estrodiol ad progesterone in their serums were detected by the RIA respectively.The results indicated that the estrodiol level were increased significantly and the progesterone level were increased insignificantly after active immunization against melatonin.This suggested that immunization against melatonin could enhance the reproductive endocrine activities.
