摘要
本文通过大量的实验研究,弄清了岛津电子探针系统软件System—700C的基本构成和各功能程度段之间的连结关系。针对使用过程中存在的主要问题,做了较大幅度的扩充、改进和修正。尤其是背景测量方法的根本改变,即使在谱线非常密集的情况下,仍然可以准确扣除背景,同时大大地减少了测量时间。经过改进之后,该软件运行快速、方便、直观,功能得到扩展,测量时间减少一半以上,对国内拥有量近50台的岛津探针,具有较大使用价值。
The system software(syster-700c)of Shimazhu EPMA is revised and edited in this paper based on the care-ful study of each programs and their relations. According tO the problems and trubles appeared in routine work, the authors have given much more detailed expanding and revising to the software. For example, a so called Normal-ized Background proposed by Dr. Smith and Dr. Reed has been adopted especially. It not only measures and sub-tracts back ground exactly, but also saves much more time. In the end, the edited System-software runs faster, easilier and more conveniently. It also boasts of its wide range funotions and less than half time consumed. We think that it may be useful and helpful to impart it to the other Shimazhu EPMA users.
