A Generalized Algorithm for Steady-State Simulation of Refrigeration Systems

摘要 针对目前制冷系统稳态仿真算法设计不规范造成的概念和逻辑上的混淆 ,提出一种通用的算法设计方法 .分别对迭代判据的确定、迭代变量的选择和标准算法的设计给出了完整的操作准则和步骤 .通过标准算法的压缩和特例分析 ,统一了一些常见的特殊算法 .以单级和二级压缩制冷系统为例 ,对通用算法设计方法进行了详细阐述 . A generalized algorithm designing procedure for a steady state simulation of refrigeration systems was introduced. First, the criteria of iterative calculation are founded on the basis of the conservation relationships of system charge and refrigerant mass flow rates. Secondly, the variables of iterative calculation are chosen from the inputs of component models. Then, the standard algorithm can be organized by some proper combination between the iterative variables and the iterative criteria. The compression method of the standard algorithm and some special cases were discussed. Algorithms for single stage and two stage compression refrigeration systems were analyzed also.
