摘要
用有限元法对环氧基形状记忆合金复合梁的弯曲问题进行了建模和分析 ,并通过实验验证了理论分析结果 .研究发现 ,由热粘弹性分析得到的结果与实验结果吻合较好 ,而由热弹性分析得到的结果与实验结果差异较大 .由此说明 ,对于环氧基 SMA复合材料 ,由于激活 SMA时温度对环氧基体的影响较大 。
The bending of a viscoelastic beam with embedded shape memory alloy (SMA) wires was modeled and analyzed by the finite element method and the result was verified by experiments. It was found that the results from the thermo-viscoelalstic analysis agree better with the experimental results than the results from the thermo-elastic analysis. It suggests that it is appropriate to analyze the response of the SMA epoxy composites by the thermoviscoelasticity theory as the temperature rise resulting from activating SMA has significant effects on the epoxy matrix.
