摘要
该文利用贴体坐标转换方法生成了双辊熔池区域的贴体网格,采用Takuda速度模型求解了熔池的宏观速度分布,通过对热焓与潜热关系的分析,推导出具有对流项时的稳态温度场的温度回升法源项计算公式.在此基础上,计算了熔池区域钢液的传热过程并分析了工艺因素对传热的影响.
Bodyfitted grid of twinroll molten pool is generated. The macro velocity field is solved by velocity prototype established by Takuda. By analyzing the relationship between enthalpy and latent heat, an equation using the temperature rally method of a steady temperature field source with a convective term is derived. Heat transfer of steel in molten pool is computed, and the influence of technical factors considered.
