摘要
利用玻璃制备工艺合成了掺Er玻璃材料,并对材料的透射率、光损耗、吸收光谱、发射光谱等光学性质进行了测量和分析.实验结果显示:掺Er光波导材料的透射率随着掺Er原子质量分数的增大而降低;材料的光损耗随掺Er原子质量分数的增大而增大;Er3+的514.5nm吸收峰强度随着掺Er原子质量分数的增大而增大;当用980nm的激光激发材料时,随着掺Er原子质量分数的增加,材料在1.53μm处的光致发光(PL)强度先增强后减弱,在掺Er原子质量分数为0.5%时有一最大值。
Er\|doped silicate glasses with various Er concentrations have been fabricated. Measurements of optical properties show that the transmission of the Er\|doped material decreases with the increase of concentration of Er. Meanwhile, the optical loss and the absorption increase with the increase of concentration of Er. By measuring the photo luminescence intensity, it is found that the best Er\|doped concentration in atomic percent is 0.5% for this kind of glasses. The relationship between optical properties and Er\|doped concentration has been discussed.
