用侧铣法加工小曲率曲面的二阶切触

End Milling Method for Cutting Quadratic Surface of Small Curvature

摘要 把微分几何中曲线与曲面之间的“切触”概念应用于高速机车流线型复杂曲面的数控加工,提出了用圆柱铣刀的外圆在五坐标联动中加工小曲率曲面的最佳切触条件。 In this paper an innovative theory for machining complicated surface is presented.By using a disc cutter instead of ball-end miller,and adjusting the axis relative to the surface,the formed surface has the same curvature as the required surface,up to as high as third order.
