摘要
对国内外近年来有关细晶粒金属陶瓷制备技术的研究成果进行了总结和分析。主要介绍了混料技术、烧结技术、晶粒长大抑制剂的种类和加入方法对材料晶粒度及组织、性能的影响,以及新的工艺方法抑制晶粒长大的机理,指出了细晶粒金属陶瓷制备技术未来的发展方向。
An overview on the manufacturing technique is presented. The technologies of mixing and sintering, as well as the adding methods of grain growth inhibitors are summarized. In addition, their effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties are analysed. The mechanisms of grain growth inhibition are also introduced. Some prospects on fine grained cermets are discussed.
