摘要
针对韶关冶炼厂硫酸系统循环洗涤液中含氟高对塔体及设备造成严重腐蚀的问题 ,采用石灰乳中和混凝法在低 pH值下进行处理 。
In view of the severe corrosion of the tower, pumps and other equipments employed in the sulfuric acid manufacturing system, caused by the high_fluorine cyclic washing acid, a lime emulsion with low PH value was used to neutralize and coagulate the acid solution. A good neutralization was realized, and an open_circuit fluorine removal was attained by means of this method.
