摘要
目的 :探讨激光动力学治疗 (PDT)临床应用的方法与效果。方法 :应用加拿大产光敏剂photofrin或德国产 photosan - 32mg/kg静注后 4 8h用英国产DIOMED 6 30PDTLaser 30 0 j/cm照射病变部位。必要时 72h内再重复 1次。结果 :治疗 15例病人近期疗效好。结论 :PDT治疗食道癌具有疗效确切、副作用小、可重复治疗的特点 ,特别适用年老体迈及有手术、放化疗禁忌症的病人。
Objective: To detect the approach and effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in clinical application. Method: After giving photofrin imported from Canada or photos Scan-3 from German, (2mg/kg,id. ) for 48 hours, to radiate the focus with DIOMED 630 PDT laser 300J/cm manufactured in Britain. Results: Fifteen patients have received such kind of treatment and the recent effect is quite good. Conclusion: Treating esophageal carcinoma with PDT have the advantage of definite effect, less side effect and the treatment can be repeated again and again. It is suitable for patients who have operation,chemotherapy and radiotherapy contraindications.
