摘要
随着高科技产业的发展,科技企业开始把工作重心转移到如何形成企业自身的核心竞争力上,纷纷建起企业研究院,为培育和提升企业的技术竞争力提供核心价值。企业研究院作为一种新兴的科研机构,已经在中国的经济社会中形成独特现象,对科技企业的发展功不可没。通过研究科技企业研究院的目的与定位,功能与管理,提出我国科技企业研究院的发展之路。
With the development of hitech industry, ScienceTechnology Enterprises have laid their emphasis upon how to enhance their core competition power.They thus build up their own Research Institution for the purpose of offering core value to cultivate and promote the technology competition power. As a new type of Research Institution, Company Research Institution is a unique phenomenon in China economics and plays an outstanding role in the development of the ScienceTechnology Enterprise. After a comprehensive research on the purpose, direction, function and management of the research institution, the development for enterpriseresearchinstitution in our country is suggested.
