摘要
目的 降低新生儿脐部感染发生率。方法 采用气门芯扎脐后去线,5％聚维酮碘溶液消毒脐部,每日2次。结果 新生儿脐部感染率与对照组比较,感染率由1.76％降低至0.62％（P<0.01）。结论 在新生儿脐部护理中,改进气门芯扎脐消毒法,可明显减少新生儿脐部感染。
Objective To reduce the incidence of neonatal umbilical infection. Methods Fastening the navel string with valve inside,taking away the thread,and sterilizing the umbilicus by 5% liquor povidoni iodine, twice a day. Results The neonatal umbilical infection rate reduced from 1. 76%(control group)to 0. 6%(study groupX P <0. 01). Conclusion Disinfection by fastening the navel string with valve inside may decrease neonatal umbilical infection in nursing settings.
