摘要
目的 探讨经尿道钬激光前列腺切除术（HOLRP）治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）围手术期的护理要点。方法 回顾性分析68例HOLRP患者在术前、术中、术后所采用的护理措施。结果 68例患者术后留置尿管时间平均为1.5d,无需胱膀冲洗,平均住院时间4d,国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前的25.82±5.44降至术后1月的9.64±4.11,最大尿流率（Qmax）由术前的（7.63±2.2）ml/s上升至术后1月的（21.7±2.3）ml/s。结论 针对患者特点,围手术期的健康教育及康复护理是手术成功的重要环节。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) patients undergoing transurethral Holmium: Yttrium-Alumium-Garnet laser prostatectomy(HOL-RP). Methods Pre-, peri-, and postoperative nursing measures were reviewed and analyzed in 68 BPH patients aho received HOLRP. Results In 68 patients with HOLRP, the mean time of indwelling catheter was 1. 5 days and mean hospitalization was 4 days. Qmax increased from(7. 63± 2. 2)ml/s to(21. 7±2. 3)ml/s,and IPSS decreased from(25. 82±5. 44)to(9. 64±4.11)in 1 month post-operation. Conclusions Health education and post-operative rehabilitative nursing are the key to success of HOLRP according to patient's condition during the perioperation period.
