摘要
目的提高护理质量和水平。方法遵循PDCA循环法,贯彻实施分级护理标准。结果加强了护 士责任心,提高了护士素质,从而使分级护理落到实处。结论分级护理标准的贯彻实施乃是保证护理质量,提高 护理水平的关键。
Objective To discuss how to carry out the grading nursing standards in practice to improve the nursing quality. Methods The grading nursing standards was carried out in clinical practice based on the PDCA circulating method. Results The responsibility and quality of nurses were significantly elevated and the system of grading nursing could be carried out effectively in clinical practice. Conclusion Grading nursing system can play a key role in elevating nursing level to grantee the nursing quality clinic when carried out reasonably.
