摘要
目的探索突发性聋的最佳综合治疗方案。方法对70例突发性聋患者随机分组,进行不同治疗,分析各组的疗效差异。结果Ⅰ组治疗无痊愈者,总有效率为23.1％;Ⅱ组治疗痊愈率5.6％,总有效率72.2％;Ⅲ组治疗痊愈率19.0％,总有效率85.7％;Ⅳ组治疗痊愈率61.1％,总有效率72.2％。与Ⅰ组相比较,Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组仅能提高总有效率,不能提高痊愈率,Ⅳ组既提高有效率又能提高痊愈率。结论 Ⅳ组疗法为突发性聋最佳治疗方案。
Objective To explore a best synthetical therapy for sudden hearing loss. Methods 70 patients were randomly divded into four groups, treated with different therapy respectively. Then, an analysis was made to the differences in the therapeutic effect for various therapies. Results In the first groups, there was no cured cases, with a total effective rate of 23. 1%. In the second group, curative rate was 5. 6% with a total effective rate of 72. 2%. In the third group, curative rate was 19. 0, with a total effective rate of 85. 7%. In the fourth group, curative rate was 61.1%, with a total effective rate of 72. 2%. Compared with the first group, the second and third group showed only higher effective rate, and the fourth group showed both higher curative rate and effective rate. Conclusion The fourth therapy may be the best one for the treatment of sudden deafness.
