摘要
[背景 ]探讨恶性梗阻性黄疸术后并发肾功能衰竭的防治方法 .[病例报告 ]144例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者中 2 1例在术后并发肾功能衰竭 ,其中 8例死亡 .[讨论 ]急性肾功能衰竭是恶性梗阻性黄疸的术后常见并发症 ,死亡率高 .恶性梗阻性黄疸治疗中应防止肾功能衰竭的发生 ,一旦发生 。
BACKGROUNDTo study on the mechanism and treatment for the renal failure after operating malignant obstructive jaundice.CASE REPORTOut of 144 patients of operated malignant obstructive jaundice, 21(15%) cases were complicated with the renal failure in witch 8(38%) cases were died.DISCUSSIONAcute renal failure is a common complication after operating malignant obstructive jaundice and induces high mortality, therefore it must be prevented during treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice and various effective treatments must be adopted.
