摘要
[背景 ]寻找手部损伤的一般规律 ,探讨手部损伤鉴定的相关问题 .[病例报告 ]通过分析 1994年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 4月的 111例手部损伤的法医学鉴定资料 ,对易伤人群、原因、案由、损伤程度及伤残等级分布特点和鉴定中的问题等进行探讨 .[讨论 ]殴斗和劳动损伤是手部损伤的主要原因 ,以男性青壮年工人和农民为易伤人群 .手部损伤的法医临床学鉴定依据应为手部损伤后功能的评定 ,感觉障碍应属功能障碍范畴 ,鉴定时机应以案发时直接的损伤及其所致的并发症治疗终结。
BACKGROUNDTo search for the common lule of hand injury and to study the questions related to identification of hand injury.CASE REPORTThrough the analysis of forensic clinical identification in 111 cases of hand injury from January, 1994 to April, 2002, it was studied that the susceptible injured people, the reason, the case of action, the severity of injury, the distribution of disability grade and some problems during identification.DISCUSSIONHand injury mainly caused by fighting and labour, the male farmer and worker in manhood were susceptible injuried. Forensic clinical identification of hand injury should be made accord as the functional assessment and the sense balk belongs to the category of disfunction. Sense balk should be put into the active standard of identification about serious, minor injury and maim. The best opportunity of identification for hand injury is after curing the injury and complications, finishing anaplasty and stable of function recovery.
