摘要
[目的 ]探讨庚型肝炎病毒在延边地区不同人群中的感染状况 .[方法 ]将 2 78名肝脏疾病患者 ,12 3名职业献血员以及 93名健康人共 494人为研究对象 ,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测庚型肝炎病毒 .[结果 ]494例研究对象的庚型肝炎病毒感染率为 6 48% (32 /4 94) ,存在性别、年龄别及民族别差异 ,一般人群庚型肝炎病毒感染率为 2 15 % (2 /93) ,肝脏疾病患者感染率中慢性乙型重症肝炎患者的感染率为 13 36 % (4 /30 ) ,为最高 ,献血员庚型肝炎病毒感染率为 7 31% (9/12 3) .
OBJECTIVETo investigate the status of hepatitis G virus(HGV) infection in Yanbian area.METHODS494 cases including 278 patients with viral hepatitis, 123 cases of blood donors and 93 cases of healthy persons were selected and the serum-markers of HGV infection were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). RESULTSGeneral infection rate of HGV was 6.48%(32/494) in which there had difference sex, age and nationality. The infection rate of HGV was 2.15%(2/93) in general population, 13.36%(4/30) in people with serious chronic hepatitis B and 7.31%(9/123) in blood donors, respectively.
