摘要
财政是国家和地区经济的核心 ,财政经济的稳健运行和财政收入的稳步增长是实现全面建设小康社会这一宏伟目标的强有力保证。本文分析了湖南省财政经济运行的现实状况 ,剖析了当前湖南财政收入增长放慢的各种原因 ,提出了促进财政经济发展的相关对策建议。
The finance is the core of the country and regional economy. The stable operation of the fiscal economy and steady growth of fiscal revenue are powerful guarantee to realize this magnificent goal of building well-to-do society all sidedly. The paper introduces the realistic situation of the operation of Hunan provincial fiscal economy at first. On this basis, it analyses all kinds of reasons why the increase pace of the fiscal revenue slows down at present deeply. It puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the development of the fiscal economy.
