摘要
20世纪 80年代以来 ,新一轮的世界产业结构调整正在全球迅猛展开。在此次世界产业结构调整中 ,美国成为全球产业结构调整的领头羊 ;曾作为世界第二大经济强国的日本 ,在此次产业结构调整中却步履维艰。这里面的启示良多 ,其中包括产业结构不是一成不变的 ;必须大力发展高新技术产业 ;制度建设影响产业结构调整。我国应从中吸取经验教训 ,以便更好指导产业结构调整。
A new round of worldwide readjustment of industrial structure has spread out since the 1980s.America is in the lead,while Japan,once ranking second in the global economy,is walking with difficulty.We can draw lessons from them so as to better our readjustment of industrial structure.
