摘要
研究了CN-对铅与四 - (4 -三甲铵基苯基 ) -卟啉 (TAPP)的褪色反应 .在 pH =9 5的硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,λmax=45 0nm ,ε =1 8× 10 4 L/ (molcm ) ,CN-含量在 0~ 15 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律 .此方法用于环境水样中氰化物的测定 。
The decolour reaction of tetra(4-trimethylaminonium phenyl)porphyrin with lead in the solution containing the cyanide was studied. In the presence of pH=9.5 Na 4B 4O 7-NaOH buffer solution,Pb(Ⅱ) can reacts with CN to form a stable complex,so that the reaction between Pb(Ⅱ) and TAPP is decolorized.The molar absorptivity is 1.8×10 4L mol -1 cm 1 at 450?nm.The mass concentration of CN - is in the rang of 0~15?μg/25?mL which obeys Beers law. This method can be applied to the determination of cyanide in the environmental water with satisfactory results.
