摘要
本文介绍了双线圈法测量偏转磁场的方法,并用此方法进行了磁场测试,将测试结果进行数据处理和计算后,得出了各种场参数。同时分析了象差系数与光栅之间的关系。
By the introduction of this paper a double coil system is designed for measuring the magnetic field of a deflection yoke. This system of measurements of magnetic field can measure、 process and Calculate the data、 all kinds of field parameters are calculated out after doing that. Besides the result of measuring deflection yoke can be applied to apalyse the relations between the aberration coefficient and the raster.
