摘要
目的 总结位于第Ⅷ段肝的小肝癌手术治疗经验。方法 对 1 0例位于第Ⅷ段肝的小肝癌行非规则性肝切除。结果 全组病人无手术死亡 ,无肝功能衰竭发生。均于术后半月内出院或转介入科接受综合治疗。结论 对于小肝癌手术治疗采用非规则性部分肝切除 ,以保留更多的正常肝组织 ,有利于术后顺利恢复 ,减少肝功能衰竭的发生。而对于位居特殊肝段的小肝癌的非规则性手术切除 ,要求术者具有较为丰富的肝切除手术经验和娴熟的手术操作技巧。
Objective To sum up the experience of operative treatment in small liver carciaoma in segment Ⅷ of liver.Methods Ten cases were operated in irregular hepatectomy.Results All 10 cases had no death or hepatic failure after hepatectomy.All cases were discharged from hospital or turned to department of intervention to get comprehensive therapy during 15 days after operation.Conclusion It is benefical to convalescence after operation and reduce hepatic failure that patients with small liver carcinoma are operated in irregular hepatectomy to reserve more normal liver tissue.It requests more experience and skill.
