摘要
目的 观察卡托普利、倍他乐克联合治疗对慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)病人的心功能、心率、心胸比及左室射血分数 (LVEF)的影响。方法 62例CHF病人随机分为两组 ,对照组 30例采用地高辛利尿剂、消心痛等治疗 ,治疗组 32例采用倍他乐克、卡托普利、地高辛、利尿剂治疗。治疗 1 2周。结果 治疗组 ,心率减慢、心胸比率缩小 ,LVEF提高 ,与治疗前相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。而对照组治疗后心率减慢 ,心胸比率缩小 ,LVEF提高 ,但与治疗前相比差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 卡托普利、倍他乐克联合治疗CHF ,可明显使病人心率减慢 ,心胸比率缩小 。
Objective To investigate the influence of captopril combined with betaloc on the cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods Sixty two patients with CHF were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conserved therapy including digoxin,diuretics and so on.The therapeutic group was treated by captopril and betaloc on the basis of conserved therapy.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results In the therapeutic group,the heart rate was slowed,and the heart chest ratio was decreased and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was increased.All of the differences were significant compared with those before treatment.However in the control group,the difference was not significant before and after treatment.Conclusion Captopril combined with betaloc could decrease heart rate and heart chest ratio and raise LVEF in patients with CHF.
