摘要
目的 建立毛细管电泳测定Derf2方法。方法 采用毛细管电泳 安培检测系统 (CE AD)测定Derf2含量。结果 用CE AD测定了标准品Derf2的系列浓度 ,绘制标准曲线 ,线性好。并测定了药厂生产的各批不同浓度的粉尘螨注射液的Derf2含量。结论 CE AD方法具有简便快速、重现性好、样品用量少等优点 。
Purpose: Established the method of determination for Der f2 using capillary electrophoresis. Methods: Detected the contents of Der f2 with the aid of capillary electrophoresis-amperometric detection (CE-AD) method. Results: To detecting a series of concentrations of Der f2 standard and the Der f2 contents of each batch of injection of Dermatophagoides farinae from pharmaceutical factory using CE-AD method. Conclusions: The CE-AD method was simple and convenient, accurate and using less amount of sample. It might be quality control for production of allergy vaccines.
