摘要
综述国内外对褐藻岩藻聚糖的化学组分、结构和生物活性的研究进展。其化学组成以L-岩藻糖和硫酸基团为主,由于来源不同而含有不同比例的糖醛酸和其他单糖组分。采用化学和物理方法分析结构,L-岩藻糖可以以α-(1→3)、α-(1→2)和α-(1→4)的方式连接成主链,并且在不同位点上有硫酸基团的单取代或双取代。这种组分和结构使得褐藻岩藻聚糖具有抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种生物活性。
In this paper, research advances on the chemical constituents, structure and activities of fucoidans from brown algae were reviewed. This kind of polysaccharide contains substantial percentages of L-fucose and sulfate ester groups, while also different percentages of uronic acids and other neutral sugar due to different algae species. By chemical and physical methods of structure analysis, the main chain of sulfated fucan contains L-fucose by α(1→ 3) 、α-(1→2) and α-(1→4) linkage, and one or two sulfate groups in different positions of fu-cose residues. Such structure makes sulfated fudan may biological activities, such as anticoagulant, antitumoral, antioxidative, antiviral activities et al.
