摘要
目的探讨复杂性肾结石术后的最佳引流方式及其护理对策。方法回顾分析比较复杂性肾结石术后内外双引流组 2 6例 (双引流组 )和内或外单引流组 2 8例 (单引流组 )的并发症情况。结果双引流组术后并发症发生率为 7.7%,而单引流组则高达 35 .7%。结论只要护理得当 ,复杂性肾结石术后内外双引流明显优于内或外单引流。
Objective To investigate the best ste nt on operation of complicated nephrolithiasis. Methods Clinical materials of 54 patients underwent open operation for compli cated nephrolithiasis were analyzed respectively:26 of them received both internal stent and external stent and the remaining 28 cases rec eived either internal stent or external stent.Results The total postoperative complication rate in patients with both int ernal and extemal stent was notably lower than that in the other gro up with external stent or internal stent groug. Conclusion s Given high quality nursing, synchronous usage of both inte rnal and external is more effective than that of single usage of the internal stent or the external stent for the operation of complicate d nephrolithiasis
