摘要
介绍了一种智能型瓦斯传感器的软、硬件设计。该传感器改变了现有矿用型传感器功能单一的设计模式,以单片机为控制核心,实现了信号传感、就地控制及数据通讯等功能。在成本增加不大的情况下,充分发挥软件功能,使瓦斯传感器成为多功能的智能仪器,对煤矿井下安全监测与控制技术的发展具有积极的意义。
The paper describes the software and hardware design of an intelligent gas transducer. The transducer changed the design mode of unitary function of the existing mine transducers and realized several functions such as the signal transmission in-situ control and data communication by taking the single-chip computer as its core. It can play full role of the software's function and enable gas transducers to become multi-functional intelligent instruments without more increase of cost this is of positive significance for the development of coal mine monitoring and control techniques.
