摘要
水煤浆是一种煤基代油燃料 ,精细水煤浆作为水煤浆中的精品 ,在家用取暖锅炉中燃用将成为现实 .在实验室中设计了一实验装置 ,模拟烟气并进行了单元电除尘试验 ,通过单元试验确定小型管式电除尘的最佳工作电压为 7.5 k V,流量为 2 5 L/min时烟尘的驱进速度为 1 1 .1 6 cm/s.
Coal-water slurry (CWS) is an alternative to oil. And the ultra-clean micronized coal-water slurry (UCMCWS) will be used as the fuel of a home heater. A simulated flue gas from combustion of coal-water slurry was prepared at laboratory with which experiment of gas cleaning was conducted by a specially designed small tube electro-static precipitator. The optimum parameters of the best performance were obtained through experiment, which are: working voltage 7.5 kV, flue gas velocity 11.16 cm/s at a flow rate of 25 L/min.
