介绍了一台脉冲宽度在 10 0～ 4 0 0 ns可调、电压幅值 2～ 3MV的高压脉冲发生器 。
In this paper, a high voltage pulsed generator with pulse width of 100~400 ns and voltage amplitude 2~3 MV is introduced, the principle and performances of the electro explosive fuse opening switch which is the key unit of the generator, is described in detail.
