摘要 脉冲功率技术在激光领域中得到广泛的应用 ,文中介绍毛细管放电泵浦软 X射线激光的机理及据此要求设计的高压大电流快脉冲放电泵浦软 X射线激光装置的概况。该装置利用 Blum lein线作为形成线 ,以提高输出电压幅值。采用在一个毛细管中插入不同长度的电极方案 ,解决了不同毛细管长度维持放电回路电感不变的问题。经调试该装置输出电流 38k A、脉冲上升前沿 4 0 ns,满足了泵浦类氖氩 4 6 .9nm激光要求。为了在主脉冲前毛细管中产生均匀的等离子体 。 The technology of pulse power is widely applied in laser field. In this paper, the mechanism of soft x ray laser pumped by capillary discharge is introduced briefly. And the outline of design about high voltage and current pulse discharge device satisfied to pump soft x ray laser is described. In the device, the Blumlein line is used as formation line to increase the voltage value. The different length of electrodes are inserted in the capillary to keep the same inductance of loop when the length of capillary is changed. The advice is adjusted and the output current is 40 kA with rise time 40 ns. These parameters can satisfy the request to pump Ar Ne like 46.9 nm laser. In order to produce an uniform plasmas before the main pulse, the scheme is designed to add prepulse outside.
