摘要
在轴向位移的实际测量中 ,有时会出现原因不明的测量偏差。当问题出现时 ,通常被认为是测量系统本身的故障。但是实际上 ,有多方面因素影响测量结果 ,其中包括传感系统、被测面、安装条件、检修工艺过程、汽轮机运行工况等 ,要解决问题 ,还要查清产生测量偏差的真正原因。本文通过对各方面影响因素的分析 ,得出各因素影响轴向位移的结果 ,并与实例中故障的现象和处理过程相比较 ,找出实例中产生测量偏差的真正原因 ,并以之为理论基础 ,解决了实例中的问题。分析、处理、解决故障的过程表明 ,解决问题不能单靠经验 ,还要通过系统的分析 ,得出正确结论 。
When the dubious survey excursion occur in the practice measure of axial displacement ,it is considered the fault of sensor system usually .Actually ,the factors which effect the axial displacement include sensor system, object surveyed , installation status , overhaul process, turbogenerator operation status,and so on .When the true causation are uncovered ,the questions are solved .In this paper ,all kind of factors are analyzed ,how the factors effect the axial displacement are educed ,the results are compare with the blooey phenomena and disposal processes ,the true reason which cause survey excursion in the example is found out. According to the conclusion educed,the matter in the example is settled .Analysis ,disposal ,solve ,this is a proof that to solve question need not only experience but also systemic analysis ,only by precise theory can settle problem completely.
