摘要
手写汉字识别是模式识别领域极具应用前景的研究课题之一。本文介绍了用VisualC++6.O构造用于研究手写汉字识别的模拟系统,用软件方式实现手写输入。该系统使用方便,使用者可以将精力集中在手写汉字特征提取、识别速度和识别率等方面。
Handwritten Chinese character recognition is known as one of the useful technique in pattern recognition. This paper presents the design of a simulation system applied to study the recognition of handwritten Chinese character with Visual C++6. 0,and realizes handwritten input with software method. The system is easy to be used,user is able to focus on obtaining feature of handwritten Chinse character,recognition speed and recognition rate.
