摘要
文章从社会性别的视角分析对妇女家庭暴力的根源 ,提出消除家庭暴力的对策 ,并为在家庭暴力中受害的妇女指出司法救济的途径。
By applying the Gender viewpoint,this article analyses the causes of family violence.the author also gives some advice to elominate family violence and guides the momen to find ways to sowe the prollem through judicature help.
