摘要
法律源于社会,法律与社会构成了特殊的矛盾统一体,使得法律的变革与发展对社会的变迁具有反作用,且在一定条件下成为左右社会历史发展的决定性力量。
Law originating from society and society constitute a special contradictory unity, which enables reform and development in law to react upon social change and to become a determinant in social historical development.
