摘要
研究WTO关于市场准入与环境保护例外问题,正确理解与适用例外条款的若干规则,对我国发展对外贸易,抵制绿色贸易壁垒及保护环境,促进经济、社会可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文对WTO环境保护例外条款的法律特征、适用及存在的问题进行初步探讨。
