摘要
根据近20年来西部地区生态环境恢复与重新研究的理论和实际,结合西部地区经济基础差、生产技术落后、经济水平低、贫困人口多,特别是恶劣的生态环境严重制约着西部经济快速发展的具体情况,科学地分析了西部大开发生态环境建设面临的水土流失、地质灾害、干旱、土地沙化、草场退化、环境污染等问题,提出了生态环境治理之策。
According to the research theory and the reality of the ecological environment in the west area of the past 20 years, combining with the concrete conditions of the bad economic base, the backward manufacturing technique, the poor economic level, a large number of poverty population in the west area, especially the abominable ecological environment is restricting seriously the fastdevelopment of the western economy, this paper analyzes scientifically some problems such as soil erosion, geological calamity, aridity, desertification of land, meadow degradation and environmental pollution. It also puts forward the countermeasures for improving the ecological environment.
