摘要
改革开放以来,我国恢复了国债的发行。从我国国债发行的基本状况看,1994年、1998年以来,我国国债规模迅速扩大。从国际上衡量国债规模的各项基本指标来分析,我国国债的规模接近国际警戒线。从长期看,我国的国债发行规模应适度发展,保持与GDP同步增长;从近期看,我国国债的发行规模还要考虑与宏观经济政策的协调,做到优化国债结构与调整国债规模相结合,使储蓄有效的转化为投资。
Since 1994 and 1998,our national bonds scaledup rapidly.From some international index that scale the issued scale of national bonds, our issued scale of national bonds approaches international aphoristic line. So consider from longrun,our national bonds' scale issued should develop moderation, keep increaseing inphase with GDP; And consider from the near future, our national bonds' scale issued should keep assort with macroeconomic policy.
