摘要
随着世界经济全球化步伐的加快 ,反倾销已成为各国维护公平贸易的重要手段。但随着国际市场竞争的加剧 ,反倾销也成了贸易保护主义的工具。我国由于国民的反倾销意识不强及反倾销法律知识和法制观念薄弱 ,因此已成为倾销和反倾销最大的受害国。今后除完善经济、法律等措施外 。
With the ever increasing globalization of the world economy, anti dumping has become an important means of maintaining fair trade for every country. However, with the international market competition growing more and more fierce, anti dumping has been made a protectionist tool. As China neither realizes the importance of anti dumping, nor knows much about the anti dumping rules, it has already fallen into the trap of dumping and anti dumping. In this paper, the author states that, in addition to perfecting the measures of economy, laws and politics, it is the essential condition for resisting dumping and dealing with anti dumping to quickly enhance the national quality of our country.
